Artist Statement: To tell successful stories, I believe we must start by relentlessly revealing our vulnerability in pursuit of emotional truth. I’m drawn to plays whose investigations of humanity incite curiosity and concern about our contemporary circumstances. I direct with a commitment to creating a safe environment for artistic risk-taking, a culture of collaboration, and an unwavering dedication to providing opportunities for women and BIPOC artists.
